Syncopate is a band management and coordination platform that enables bands to:

• Schedule and manage rehearsals and gigs
• Coordinate member availability
• Manage RSVPs and event responses
• Organize songs, setlists, and band documentation
• Communicate with band members

3. User Accounts

To use Syncopate, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Band Membership and Roles

When you join or create a band on Syncopate, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your availability
• Respond to event invitations promptly
• Respect other band members' privacy
• Follow band guidelines set by band leaders

5. Subscription and Payments

Syncopate offers subscription plans with the following terms:

• Billing occurs on a monthly basis
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel at any time through your account settings
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy
• Additional bands can be added for $1.99/month each

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Syncopate to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Collect or store personal data about other users without consent
• Spam or engage in unsolicited communications

7. Intellectual Property

Syncopate and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Syncopate and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us license to use it for service provision.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use Syncopate will immediately cease.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Syncopate, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

Syncopate is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
